Refund Policy for The Dahlia Lab

1. Subscription Refunds
Because The Dahlia Lab provides digital services, we follow Norwegian consumer law and EU digital content regulations.

You are entitled to:
• A full refund within 14 days of your first purchase (angrerett), provided you have not used paid features in a way that constitutes full delivery of the service.


After the 14‑day period:
• Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time.
• Subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing cycle


2. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments.
